❄️✨ Snow Globe Gin Fizz ✨❄️

We’re going IG LIVE every Wednesday until Christmas on IG & Tiktok, now here it is all in one place!

New Wednesday holiday tradition, going live on IG & Tiktok to help you with holiday cocktail-ing! If you join the Cocktail Club broadcast channel here on Instagram you can vote on the cocktails made each week. This week, we decided on the gin fizz - a favorite of mine! I showed you three recipes: The Festive Simple Syrup, the Single Serve Gin Fizz, & the Batched version! So, here are the written recipes from last night’s live. Hope to see you there next week!

First, let’s queue the vibes

Thanks for reading The Sipper Club! This post is public so feel free to share it.

Festive Syrup:

  • 1 Cup Sugar

  • 1 Cup Water

  • 3-4 Sprigs of fresh rosemary, or herb of choice!

  • Zest from 1 orange, or grapefruit

  • Add to a pot and place on medium heat until the sugar dissolves.

  • Once dissolved, place on a simmer for about 10 minutes.

  • Then, let cool completely before straining and adding a splash of vanilla extract.

  • Mix together and store in a sealable bottle for 2-4 weeks in the fridge!

Here is the single-serve (arm workout) gin fizz recipe:

Here’s how to make it:

  • To a shaker add

  • 1 egg white

  • 1/2 oz lemon juice

  • 1/2 oz lime juice

  • 3/4 oz festive syrup (tune in tmw for the recipe)

  • 1/2 oz heavy cream

  • 1 bar spoon Greek yogurt, for tangyness but optional

  • 2-3 dashes orange blossom water

  • 2 oz gin

  • Dry shake!

  • Add a large cube and shake until that cube is gone 😳🥲

  • Pour into a tall collins glass.

  • Top with soda water

  • Garnish with a powdered sugar dusting on top!
