ICYMI: I’m going live on IG & TikTok every week leading up to Christmas. So, this week we covered a Thanksgiving cocktail, and it may be a new favorite over here! So here are the three recipes if you want to add this to your cocktail menu.
Batched Spiced Pear French 75, for two
Ingredients:
3 oz London Dry Gin
1.5 oz fresh meyer lemon juice
1 oz pear liqueur, or juice
1 oz spiced pear syrup
top with champagne
Instructions:
Add all ingredients except champagne to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice.
Double strain into a chilled flute or coupe.
Top with champagne!
Batched Spiced Pear French 75s, for approx. 8
Ingredients:
1.5 cups london dry gin
3/4 cup meyer lemon juice
1/2 cup pear liqueur, or juice
1/2 cup spiced pear syrup
1/4 cup filtered water
Champagne, to top
Instructions:
Add all ingredients except champagne into a pitcher.
Place in the fridge or freezer to properly chill.
Pour 3/4 of chilled glass with spirit liquid and top with champagne.
Spiced Pear Syrup
Ingredients:
1 Cup Honey, or sugar of choice
1 Cup filtered water
1 pear, chopped
2 slices ginger
2 cinnamon sticks
4-5 cloves
1 nutmeg pod
splash of vanilla extract
Instructions:
Place everything into a pot and place on medium heat until the honey becomes a syrup-like consistency with the water.
Let simmer for 20-30 minutes.
Let cool completely then strain.
Add in vanilla extract and store in the fridge for up to 2-4 weeks!
