Our Wednesday holiday tradition, going live on IG & Tiktok to help you with holiday cocktail-ing! If you join the Cocktail Club broadcast channel here on Instagram you can vote on the cocktails made each week. This week, we decided on the Grinchmas Margarita - a favorite of mine! I talked about FOUR recipes: the Grinch Mix, the batched version for 6-8 people, the double version, and a single serve! So, here are the written recipes from last night’s live. Hope to see you there next week!

Here’s some tools & items we talked about on the live!

Smeg Citrus Juicer | YLLW Sweater | Liber & Co Ginger Syrup

Citrus Juicer | Beast Blender | Ancho Reyes VERDE Liqueur

Before we dive into the Grinch Mix, let’s take a moment to talk about the sweetener for this recipe. For the batch recipe, I’ve kept it simple with agave syrup. It’s classic, easy to find, and works like a charm. But if you’re feeling adventurous, there are a few fun options to consider!

If you’re skipping the verde chile liqueur, I’d recommend a homemade spicy syrup made with jalapeño or your favorite spicy pepper. It’s a great way to bring that extra “grinch-y” sass to the mix. Another idea? Infuse your agave syrup with jalapeños for a subtly spicy kick.

And if you’re feeling bold, go rogue! I tried a fiery ginger syrup, and wow—it was a game-changer. I’ve linked it above for you, but honestly, the choice is yours. Use what you have on hand and what you feel comfortable with. Each option adds its own unique twist to this mischievously festive drink!
