A cocktail that NEEDS attention: Frozen Buzzed Bunny Bellini

Step 1: Clementine Juice: level easy
peel 5 cuties, add to a blender, add a splash of water & blend. Strain & enjoy in your cocktail or on it’s own






Step 2: Wash your carrots & peel your ginger
First, wash your carrots - I used one whole carrot. Remove the carrot top & chop.
Grab fresh ginger and peel. I used about 3 slices of ginger which was the perfect amount for me!






Step 3: Add everything to a blender
Add 1 mini bottle of prosecco, 1 cup frozen peaches, 1/4 cup clementine juice, 1 whole chopped carrot, 3 ginger slices, a splash of honey, and about 2 cups crushed ice.






Step 4: Blend & serve!
Blend until smooth and serve into two glasses, voila!
Don’t forget to garnish with the carrot top!

Buzzed Bunny Frozen Bellini
serves 2
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen peaches
1/4 cup Clementine Juice
1 whole carrot, chopped
3 fresh ginger slices
1 mini bottle of prosecco, about 187ml
2 cups crushed ice
drizzle of honey
Garnish: Carrot top, Marigold flower, clementine slice, etc.
Instructions:
To a blender, add all the ingredients & blend until smooth.
Pour into two glasses & garnish!
Tip: The crushed ice will not only dilute this drink but will also help create a delicious frozen consistency.
Tip x2: Want to add some booze? Add 1 or 2 oz of vodka or gin!
